Big pie
Today I will prepare a Tatar large pie with meat and potatoes, it is called Zur Bәlesh. The real traditional Tatar Zur Balesh is a non -external dough, goose meat, ducks or beef, potatoes, onions, salt and ground black pepper - that's it! But since I love spicy dishes, I will add my favorite spices more.

Beef (lamb, duck, chicken) - 1000 g
Potatoes -1500 g
Butter - 50 g
Onions - 150 g
Salt - 12 g
Spices - to taste
Broth or water, if the filling is dry.
