Auto sprint users need to start using this
Paste this in your autoexec:
unbind "lshift"
bind "lshift" "+variableScopeToggle"
bind_held "lshift" "+walk"
If you want your walk keybind to be something besides Lshift, then replace lshift with the key you want in between the quotation marks for each line.
If you haven't set up an autoexec, make sure to do so before doing this.
