If your App Store shows “waiting,” “resume,” or “loading” forever, this video’s gonna help you fix that fast. So stay tuned till the end and get your iPhone back to downloading apps smoothly again! 📲✨

Without wasting your time, let’s jump into the video. The first easy solution is gonna be force restarting your device.

To force restart, quickly press and release the volume up button, then quickly press and release the volume down button, and finally press and hold the power button until you see the Apple logo pop up on the screen.

Sometimes an internet bug or a stuck App Store process stops you from downloading or updating apps. The App Store just keeps showing “resume” or “stop” automatically, which is super annoying.

Wait for your device to turn back on, enter your passcode, and check if the issue’s fixed.

If it’s not, the second thing you’re gonna wanna do is check your internet connection. I’d recommend resetting the network settings to clear out any hidden connectivity glitches real quick.

To do that, open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down a bit and tap on the General option.

Then scroll all the way down and tap on Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Tap Reset, then Reset Network Settings.

Enter your iPhone passcode, confirm with Reset in the popup, and wait for your iPhone to reboot. Once it’s back on, head over to Wi-Fi settings, reconnect your network, and see if the problem’s fixed.

In most cases, this step really helps get things working again.

Next, make sure your iPhone’s got enough storage. Go to Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage.

Here you can check your free space, follow Apple’s recommendations to clear junk, or just delete unused apps and large media files.

That’s a quick way to free up space so new apps can download smoothly.

Now, sometimes a glitch with your Apple ID might block downloads, so you gotta re-verify your account. To do that, open Settings, tap your profile name, then tap Media & Purchases.

Choose Sign Out, confirm, and then sign back in. Continue with the setup, enter your passcode if needed, and sign in again.

After that, force close all your apps and open the App Store to see if you can now download new ones. If restrictions aren’t blocking it, you’re good to go.

To double-check, go to Settings, then Screen Time. Scroll down a bit and tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Under iTunes & App Store Purchases, make sure Installing Apps and In-App Purchases are both allowed.

If they’re not, enable them and go back to save your changes. Now force close the App Store again and retry downloading the app.

If an app’s stuck on “waiting” or “loading,” just press and hold the app icon, tap “Prioritize Download” to move it up, or delete it and redownload it from the App Store.
