Here in this tutorial, I'm not going to show you the traditional of disconnecting active connections from your cPanel to resolve the issue temporarily instead I'll show a permanent solution of how we are going to increase the connection limit right from your server's control panel. Ready? Let's do this:
1. First, log into your server's WHM (Web Host Manager). This is where the magic happens.
2. Once you're in, look for the search bar. Type in "FTP" and you should see an option for "FTP Server Configuration." Click on that.
3. Now, scroll down a bit. We're looking for something called "Maximum Connections Per IP Address." This is our golden ticket.
4. You'll see a number here. We're going to bump that up a bit. But here's a pro tip: don't go crazy. Increasing it too much can open up other issues. Just nudge it up enough to cover your needs.
