Rivian Dual Motor Performance Pack: Upcoming Software Update

This upgrade boosts power from 533 to 665 horsepower and adds 219 pound-feet of torque, reaching a total of 829 lb-ft. It reduces the 0 to 60 mph time to 3.5 seconds.
Currently, the Performance Pack is only available when configuring a new truck. However, a Rivian Forums post suggests a software update later this year could allow existing dual-motor owners to add the Performance Pack.
Rivian is also offering discounts on R1T and R1S trucks to clear inventory for 2025 models. Buyers can save up to $6,000 on dual-motor R1Ts from current stock.
