Qlik Application Automation - Templates
Automation Templates provide starting workflows to hlelp anyone accomplish tasks. This instruction is a little longer than normal because there is so much to cover. There is perhaps no single, better feature, to illustrate the continuum of personas and how each can bring their skills to the table with this functionality.
If you watch the entire 20 minutes you can fully expect to learn how:
✅ Choreographers are those that understand what they want to do at a high level, but don't have the coding prowess to necessarily build from scratch. They can consume templates by simply selecting parameters that are needed.
✅ Makers can start with the template, recognize what else they need in their workflows and copy/reproduce the same logic using other connectors/blocks.
✅ Architects can look at a template, get an understanding of internal values needed, then completely rebuild the template from scratch.
In this training I will also show Makers and Architects how to save their Template definitions and share them with others. Thus enabling others to accomplish more.
