What is Nier Re[in]carnation? - I beat this game.
Here's an obituary for a game that made me mourn and mourn the characters from a mobile game.
NieR Re[in]carnation is a mobile spinoff of the Nier action-adventure series, a free-to-play role-playing game. Players were treated to a completely new story in a familiar world created by screenwriter Yoko Taro, with music composed by the series' longtime composer, Keiichi Okabe.
The game's servers were shut down on April 30, 2024, and I tried to get everything I could out of it. Glory to Yoko Taro! Glory to 10H.
🎮 This is part of the "What is [the game] - Post-Player Opinion" series, where I discuss whether a particular game is worth your time, highlights, and a few impressions, so everything is very subjective.
