How to access to your Uniview recorder from your Windows computer -
Welcome to www.doriscctv.co.uk YouTube channel.
Accessing your CCTV recorder is easier than you think, right?
Please note that this method only works when your CCTV system and your computer are connected to the same network.
Here are some simple questions and answers that you may have in mind.
⏺️ Why Internet Explorer mode?
Internet Explorer mode offers all the necessary web plugins to download so you can view and carry out operations without any problem.
⏺️ If I don't have Microsoft Edge, can I use other browsers?
For UNV devices you can also use Mozilla Firefox, which is also a browser that offers the necessary plugins.
⏺️ If I can't connect my recorder to my router or modem directly, what is a possible solution?
It is always recommended to have a direct connection but in that case you can depend on a Power Line Adapter which is very easy to use.
