In this session, I’m wrapping up the existing conditions model so we’re ready to start designing. That means refining the roof structure for better elevation views, applying realistic materials like brick and shingles, and organizing the model with ConDoc tags. It’s all about getting the SketchUp file clean, detailed, and ready to support new design work.
Toward the end, I import the proposed plan PDF using PDF Importer so the next session can jump right into modeling the new bedroom addition. This setup gives me everything I need to move forward with confidence and precision.
