"ALWAYS ON" Oven Thermometer - Cusibox Oven Thermometer
This has become one of my favorite oven thermometers, it works as a instant read, but also you can keep it inserted into your food and continue to read the temperature until it reaches the desired temp. There are different settings for types of meat and recommended temps for each, even if you want your beef, rare vs. medium vs. well done and those in between. Very happy with this product.
