This build is focused on tactics and does really good damage while you can stand from a safe distance. (SPOILERS)

▸ Build:
Weapon 1: Duplex bow, What will shoot 2 arrows at once (Unlocked at the start of the game)
Weapon 2: Ice Bow, Freezes enemies struck by the arrows (Dropped by the Undead Archer)
Skill 1: Double Crossb-o-matic, Shoots at 2 nearby enemies, each shot will inflict damage (Dropped by the Zombie)
Skill 2: Double Crossb-o-matic, Shoots at 2 nearby enemies, each shot will inflict damage (Dropped by the Zombie)
▸ Mutations:
Efficiency Mutation: Reduces the cooldown of your skills except for your grenades (Unlocked at the start of the game)
Support Mutation: Will give you bonus DPS while standing by a nearby deployed skill (Is 100% dropped by the Inquisitor)
Ammunition Mutation: Multiply the arrows your bows can fire by 2 (Unlocked at the start of the game)
▸ Scaling:
Use the Scroll of power to maximize that Tactics three to increase the overall damage you do with your build and scaling with your mutations as well
If you come across the minotaur’s scroll what will only let you level up Brutality or Survival pick the one that gives you the most health bonus
