A little about the game itself.
The Chernobyl Exclusion Zone changed significantly after the second explosion in 2006. Violent mutants, deadly anomalies and warring factions have made the Zone a very difficult place to survive. Nevertheless, artifacts of incredible value attracted many people called stalkers to the Zone. They entered the Zone at their own peril and risk, trying to get rich on this, or even find the Truth hidden in the Heart of Chernobyl.

The events of STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl unfold in the exclusion zone at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The second part of the open-world shooter continues to talk about stalkers who penetrate into a dangerous place to find valuable artifacts, simultaneously destroying mutants, trying to bypass anomalies and warring factions. The game was created on the Unreal Engine 5, thanks to which the developers reached a high level of graphics, which is commonly called nextgen. The gameplay combines shooter, simulator and horror elements. The creators also offer multiplayer and non-linear storyline, and the life imitation system A-life 2.0, where the virtual universe is constantly changing, and various events take place in it, regardless of the player's participation. The user is waiting for a dynamic change of time of day, and many secrets that are gradually revealed in unsafe places.

The stalker continues his way to the heart of Chernobyl, where in the game history in 2006 the second explosion occurs, which resulted in changes in various chemical, biological and physical processes, which attracted the appearance of mutants, artifacts and anomalies. Stalkers, risking their lives, go in search of values for the sake of sale or in order to find out what Chernobyl contains.
