Volkswagen Crafter: timing belt replacement, engine diagnostics, engine repair
We're working on a 2018 Volkswagen Crafter with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine producing 140 hp. The reason for the call was that the car stalled while driving, and the diagnosis was a broken timing belt. After disassembling, we perform an engine diagnostic and valve timing check.
Next, we perform an engine overhaul: we determine the extent of the damage, replace the damaged parts, and replace the timing belt. The car is back on the road!
