HAXcms: webcam hooked up for login
The login camera has been there but not been wired up. Now that we've got a place in the site UI to show this it makes more sense to have this working. Still need to present the previously taken image but now it at least shows up in the other parts of the UI and can start to give us the sense of ownership and personalization that HAXcms brings.
