*The video was recorded almost a month ago (the game wasn't updated then)
Conclusion:
Almost full smooth...
Well playable when you consider such a low-end GPU.
In small maps and FPP, you get even more FPS i.e 50-60
Also, my internet connection is crap and went worse as you can see in the video, so with a good one you can run it much better and with stability...
Keep in mind shutters are only caused by recording...
CPU and Ram are enough but GPU isn't that good but after all, gives playable frames.
