Mining POE Ninja - Kinetic Bolt Elementalist
I thought I was going to level to Act 5 and hate the build... but I was very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this to someone looking for a league-start wander. Storyline was smooth, and single target damage was very acceptable, and Act 10 Kitava was super smooth. Single-target dmg started to fall off with my 4-link and level 30 wand in Tier 5 maps, but I was about done scratching the surface of the build for the day.

Things to look for in the POB:
Glancing Blows + Arcane Swiftness
Flat dmg from Sigil of Power
Doryani Timeless Jewel + MOM = 50% dmg to ES, 35 to Life, 15% to mana. If you have Leech for all 3, like with Energy Leech Support, then your recovery is quite good. For what it's worth, I've played this on a Trickster Cyclone build a long time ago (video is here on YouTube).
Regarding Crit vs Ele Overload:
Wands have high base crit, so going crit at some point here would definitely be an option.
Trinity is enabled "automatically" by the roll variance in Cold Dmg vs Lightning Dmg. Sometimes your attack just rolls the Lightning high and the Cold Low, and sometimes the other way around. If this is not working in your own version of this, it means you don't have enough Flat Dmg of the lesser element.
