TANGERINE GIN GIMLET
This bright and citrusy gin gimlet tastes like sunshine in a glass. The citrus peels in the botanical blend of The Botanist Islay Dry Gin are accentuated with freshly squeezed tangerine juice and lime clementine cordial.

TANGERINE GIN GIMLET
1½ oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
1 oz tangerine juice
½ oz lime juice
¾ oz lime clementine cordial (recipe here: https://tasteandtipple.ca/tangerine-g...)
Garnish: dried citrus wheel
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a dried citrus wheel (such as blood orange or tangerine).
