357 Magnum Hardcast Vs 357 Mag JSP Penetration Test!
In this video, I’ll be using the S&W Model 66 revolver chambered in .357 Magnum. I’ll be conducting a penetration test and recording velocities with the Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph. We’ll be comparing DoubleTap .357 Magnum hard cast ammunition against Federal .357 Magnum JSP.
The test will include frozen 1-gallon water jugs, regular water jugs, and a Level IV ceramic body armor plate from RTS Tactical. We’ll see how each load performs, how much penetration they achieve, and what kind of FPS numbers they produce. Tune in to see the results!
