Listed with eight total weapon slots and four gimbal-supported mounts, the Lancer needs a closer look at what the game reports versus what the ship’s actual design appears to show.
Visually, the clear gimbal layout sits port and starboard, with one mount facing forward and one facing aft on each side. At only 25.6 tonnes dry, the Lancer is surprisingly lighter than the Kolibri-class light fighters, but its 4,700 NM thrust profile changes the way it has to be flown. This episode tests whether its firing arcs, dual forward thrusters, and defensive coverage can offset the lower thrust once contract pressure starts.
