OneCard Login Problem: SIM Verification Failed | Step-by-Step Solution

Use mobile data only.

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the OneCard app and reinstall it.

Step 2: Open the app and tap Get Started.

Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number, select Updates via WhatsApp, and tap Verify Phone Number.

Step 4: When asked for permissions, tap Proceed and allow all permissions.

Step 5: You will be redirected to the Google Messages app, where you’ll receive a Flash SMS popup with two options: Save and Cancel. Tap Save.

Step 6: You would get an error in Onecard app stating “Sim verification failed”.

Step 7: Open the Google Messages app now you can see the Flash SMS which was saved earlier click on it. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner, select Block and report spam, uncheck the Report spam option, and tap Yes.

Step 8: Return to the OneCard app and try logging in again with your registered mobile number. Allow the permissions, and your SIM should now be verified. Enter your email and PAN, tap Verify, and you should be able to access your account.

For non-Airtel users: Try the same steps. If it still doesn’t work, contact your mobile operator’s customer care and ask them to deactivate Flash Message services. Then try logging in again.
