This is my full editing workflow for editing a #podcast. It was recorded with Zencastr in three segments.

Import Files
Apply MY presets from Scheps Omni Channel Pro
Additional alterations
Main editing
Export mixdown as WAV
Open WAV in Audition
Apply Mastering, Compression and Match Loudness to -16 LUFS
Export as 128 kbps MP3 File
