Giving EVERY NATION in EU4 100% Admin Efficiency was a MISTAKE
In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 King of Kings) video we will be giving 100% Administrative Efficiency, Admin Efficiency, or AE for short, to every nation in the world, no matter who they are, and allowing everyone to go crazy, taking as much land as they want for basically free, and coring it all up for pennies on the dollar! Admin Efficiency allows for big conquest, cheap coring, and little aggressive expansion for it all!
