I'll show you two ways to fix it: a quick repair via Steam or replacing it with a working version from Unturned.
METHOD 1 — QUICK (0:30):
— Delete the BattlEye folder from the game's root folder
— Verify the integrity of files in Steam
METHOD 2 — REPLACEMENT (1:08):
— Download the free game Unturned on Steam
— Copy the BattlEye folder from Unturned
— Paste it into the Arma Reforger folder
