To use cheat codes go to advanced settings and click enable developer console, after that press the button with (~) on it and type sv_cheats 1 in the search bar then proceed by typing in the cheat codes on the screen or below:
god - enables invincibility
buddha - allows you to lose health but you cannot die
impulse 101 - gives all half-life 2 weapons
noclip - allows free flying
notarget - makes you invisible to npcs
sv_gravity (number here) - changes the amount of gravity
kill - suicide
hurtme (amount) - lowers your health by chosen amount
thirdperson - see the game from a third person perspective
firstperson - go back to first person
bind x thirdperson - bind a key (x) to the command
bind x firstperson - bind a key (x) to the command
cl_drawhud - remove the information on screen
