Acquire and Process ECG signal Using Arduino and Process with Matlab. One main electrode and one reference electrode is given as input to two analog pins of arduino. Voltage difference is output through another Analog pin. This process reduces some noise significantly. The output of Arduino is Amplified with 741 3 stage amplifier and is given as input back to another analog pin. The signal is transmitted to PC through 192000 baud rate serial communication. Matlab program reads the port and acquire data. This data is filtered through Wavelet transform. The filtering also separates muscle noise.
