Event producer Suzanne Morrell will be presenting at SGMP’s 2019 NEC on Wednesday, June 26 at 10 am on “Don’t Get Wasted: Managing Food Waste at Events.” This presentation covers how you can redesign menus and creatively display food, myths and realities of the liabilities meeting planners and suppliers face from donating food after an event, and what federal and local legislation exists surrounding food waste and donation.
