Run Raspberry Pi programs like their default browser midori on Raspberry Pi itself but forward its output (display) to a remote Linux or Windows (or tablet or other device) system.
Great for when you are not on site. You can do this without a monitor connected to your RPi.
This is similar to VNC or RDP (remote desktop).
