This is a replica of the Original 1977 Star Wars Y-Wing Fighter that I scratch built, but, made it TWICE the SIZE of the original model. I used a aluminum and 3d printed 'core', then had replicas of all the little model kit parts they used (Greeblies) double sized up in 3D printed resin with a few real model kit parts. I added lighting in the cockpit and engines, and painted and weathered it similar to the full size Y wing in the Yavin IV hangar.
