Reverb + echo + flanger...
This was instantly my favorite song on Circus. My Adobe Audition skills are fairly mediocre, but I was trying to get the vocal to sound at least a little like Britney's...I've seen a video of somebody singing it with autotune, but I wouldn't even know where to start with that program : ).
