The weather forecast across South Africa today is as follows:
A cut-off low is set to form over the south-western Cape, bringing isolated to scattered thunderstorms across much of the Northern and Western Cape, as well as the western areas of the Eastern Cape Province. Thunderstorms are also forecast along the east coast, with isolated showers expected in parts of Mpumalanga and Limpopo. In other regions, conditions will be partly cloudy and dry. The South African Weather Service has issued a Yellow Level 2 warning for damaging coastal winds, which may pose hazards for sea travel between Table Bay and Cape Agulhas.
