This was a project from a Motion Studies class I took at SCAD (the Savannah College of Art and Design) back in 2003, and first uploaded to my account here on Youtube back in 2006. The 14-year-old upload can still be viewed on here, and has recently hit 1 million views, which made me decide to remaster the entire thing.
This was drawn entirely on 3x5 notecards. The point of the project was to create a seamless loop, and while the requirement was just for 6 seconds of animation, I went a bit nuts and cranked out 12.
The remastered version of this takes the original scans of the individual drawings (sadly, they no longer exist, so I'm unable to rescan them at higher resolution). The art is upscaled to 1080p, and this version corrects a few errors in timing and audio levels that always bothered me with the original. Also, it's now looped for a full ten minutes, as many folks requested.
