Geolocation and Spatial Data in Backendless Database
In this video, we review the new geolocation storage in Backendless. Starting with version 5.7.0, the Backendless Database now includes spatial data types - POINT, LINESTRING, and POLYGON. These data types can represent a 2-dimensional location on a map, a path and a closed shape respectively. Geolocation data can be edited in console or through the APIs.
