WILD-CAMPING UK | DD HAMMOCK CAMPING | WILD SWIMMING | BUSHCRAFT CAMP
My first wild camp of January 2020. It was a great one nighter in the hammock, had a campfire, some good food and a wild swim the next morning.
This solo wild camp was near Santon Downham, Norfolk. On this occasion I decided to wild camp in my dd hammock, I went for the superlight hammock on this occasion to save weight in my winter pack.
Winter camping in a hammock can be cold so an under blanket is highly recommend.
It was an amazing night camping under the stars and managed to practice some bushcraft skills in setting up my tarp shelter and getting a campfire going.
After my 1st solo wild camp of 2020 I then decided to do a little wild swimming in the river on my way home.
In all this was a great night WILDCAMPING and had an amazing sleep in the hammock. In my opoinion Everone should try hammock camping.
