Team Ninja has risen as the strongest competitor to From Software in the Souls genre. As From Software paves the way, Team Ninja has followed in their tracks and they do so here with Wo Long which borrows much from Sekiro. While I liked Sekiro, I found myself missing the RPG mechanics which Wo Long has in spades. Not that Sekiro is bad, but that I was looking for something else. Wo Long is my answer and even when it stumbles, I couldn't help but love it.
