Films I'd Like Criterion To Release
So in the beginning I start out quieter and need to take a breath. I think I was focused on making sure I said everything I had been thinking of earlier in the day and saying it the right way. Yeah. Also, at one point I say I'd consider Le Petit Soldat to be in what I would call the top tier of Godard films. Wrong. That was a mistake, I meant 2nd tier, but it's still significant enough to be in the collection.
Something else I could have mentioned, too, is that Marie Antoinette is another collaboration between Sofia Coppola and Kirsten Dunst. I like being able to see their progression as director and actress, collaborators, and friends. And I'd love to see supplements with the two of them. (I'm saying that as someone who doesn't have the Criterion release of The Virgin Suicides...yet.)
