Kingston Negroni - A Rum variation you must try!
The Kingston Negroni is a super easy to make variation of a Negroni that you have to try! It was created in 2009 by Joaquín Simó from Death & Co. in New York City. Made with Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum instead of the traditional gin, this version has quite a bit more of a bite and funkiness to it. Don't substitute this rum for something else, at least not until you've tried it this way. White rum will definitely not do.
