You can play Zangetsu By using Cheat Engine.
After defeating Gebel, You cannot leave boss room because of bug. You cannot cleave red moon at Garden of Silence, neither. So Gebel is last boss you can fight in (cheat) Zangetsu mode.

This video was captured 10 MONTH BEFORE Zangatsu official update. At that time Zangetsu(unofficial version) was incredibly strong without using any cheats. Some skill mechanism at pre development version is different with official version(back dash is slow, up+backdash is totally different, front+back+fron+attack skill voice is totally different. down+down+attack while mid air skill is deleted and some skill is newly added.) Please don't confuse this video with official version.
