In this video we go through my Free Journal Notion template. It uses databases to show your task list for the past week so as you journal you can see the relevant data (completed tasks). This has been a GAME CHANGER for me as my journaling sessions are now responsive and help me reflect a lot more.
The Moved the Needle feature has been super helpful in allowing me to reflect on the tasks I'm doing and whether it was worse actually doing. This Notion Journal Database is built into your Notion task list as they are the same thing; "your day is your to-do list" as I always say.
