☕ If this video helped you, consider supporting me by buying me a coffee: https://coff.ee/bimalbasnet If you want to delete your search history from the Google Photos app, you may be surprised to learn that Google keeps a record of your searches within the app. While you cannot delete this search history directly from the Google Photos app, you can remove it from your Google account settings.
To do this, open a web browser and go to myactivity.google.com. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account that you use for Google Photos. Once you're on the page, tap on Web & App Activity, then scroll down and select Manage All Web & App Activity. Here, you will see a list of searches, including those made in Google Photos.
To delete the search history, tap on the Delete button, then choose a time range. You can delete activity from the past hour, past day, or even all time. If you only want to remove specific search entries, you can scroll through the list and delete them individually.
Once you complete these steps, your Google Photos search history will be erased, and future searches will not appear unless activity tracking is turned back on. If you want to prevent Google from tracking searches in the future, you can disable Web & App Activity in your Google account settings.
