Assembly and Frisbee Workshops at Michael Wallace Elementary School

I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Michael Wallace Elementary School. They learned all about what's possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, and creating throws.
During the assembly, I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
