Falling on an outstretched hand can jam the wrist, leading to a loss of range of motion. A loss of wrist extension is very common and can affect many of our functional activities: ground based exercises, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Usually a lack of wrist extension involves tightness of the carpal bones of the wrist. Learn the basic anatomy of the area and how to mobilize the hamate and lunate if you are having pinky side pain. If you have thumb side pain with extension, then it's more useful to mobilize your scaphoid. I've made another video already on how to mobilize your scaphoid, I will put the link in the comments. Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks for watching,
