Chrome OS in 2023 Review | There are some issues..
After hours of trying to fix this issue, I powerwashed and it didn't fix anything :(
EDIT: I enabled dev mode so that wiped it again, still broken.
EDIT #2: On further investigation, it appears that the issue resulting in a black screen with some videos was due to my phone shooting in H.265 despite the fact the option to do so was turned off.
