BABY YODA DEVILED EGGS 🌌🪐 May the 4th be with you! Where my Star Wars nerds at?
INGREDIENTS:
-6 hard boiled eggs
-1/2 avocado
-1 tbsp avo mayo
-1/2 tsp yellow mustard
-2 dashes of hot sauce
-salt to taste
-Sugar snap peas for ears
-Black peppercorns for eyes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook and peel your eggs. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and put in a small bowl.
2. Add in the avocado, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, and salt to the bowl and mix with the yolks.
3. Cut four of the egg white pieces about 1/3 of the way into the egg yolk cavity. To create the tops of the eggs.
4. Fill the intact egg white halves with the yolk mixture until level and make a mound to represent the head.
5. Place an egg white quarter on top to create the dome.
6. Press two snap pea ends into the sides of the head and two peppercorns on front to create the eyes.
7. Chill and enjoy!
