Secrets of the USSR Referendum of March 17, 1991
On March 17, 1991, the only referendum in the 70-year history of the USSR took place. However, the will of the citizens was subsequently ignored by a number of political figures, and by the end of the year, the USSR's governing bodies were practically dissolved. Who conceived this referendum, and what did the conjurers who were destroying the country foresee?
In pursuance of the decision of the Fourth Congress of People's Deputies of the USSR and in accordance with the USSR referendum legislation, proceeding from the premise that no one but the people themselves can assume historical responsibility for the fate of the USSR, the Supreme Soviet of the USSR adopted the Resolution "On the Organization and Measures to Ensure the Conduct of a USSR Referendum on the Preservation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" on January 16, 1991.
Citizens of the Soviet Union were asked the question: "Do you consider it necessary to preserve the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as a renewed federation of equal sovereign republics, in which the rights and freedoms of individuals of all nationalities will be fully guaranteed?"

Recommendations for action for citizens of the USSR (how to build a legal fence around yourself and your family):
1) Self-identification of your true citizenship and non-recognition of any jurisdictions on the territory of the USSR other than the jurisdiction (constitution and laws) of the USSR. Confirmation of your USSR citizenship.
2) Training in the legal foundations of self-defense in the territory of the USSR occupied by illegitimate structures. Attend seminars on legal defense (see "Action Algorithm for a Citizen of the USSR" - http://www.minystsssr.ru/dokumenty).
