How to add NPS account as beneficiary in SBI.
Hi friends, in this video we are discussing about how to add NPS account as beneficiary in SBI. If you are a NPS customer and you have generate virtual account number against your NPS account then you can easily add NPS beneficiary in Bank.

1. Generate the virtual account number of your NPS account first. The link of the video how to generate NPS virtual account number is given at the end of the description.
2. Go to SBI internet banking login page and login with your user Id and password.
3.After login to your account click on the option 'payments /transfer' and click on the option 'add/manage beneficiary' thereafter.
4. Now you have to enter your profile password in this page. Enter the password and click on 'submit'.
5. A new page will open where you will see some other options under 'add/manage beneficiary'. Click on the option 'other bank beneficiary' because the virtual account number of your NPS account is an Axis bank account.
6. After click on that option a form will be appeared. Enter the name of the account holder, enter the virtual account number of your NPS account, enter the confirm account number, enter the address, enter a transfer limit of the account number. After entering the all details click on the button 'submit'.
7. In this page a massage will be displayed saying that you have registered the above mentioned as a beneficiary. An high security password is sent to your registered mobile number. A option 'Approve now' will also be seen on this page. Click on this option.
8. Here you will see two approval option one is approve beneficiary and the second is approve limit. Select any one of them.
9. Now again another two option will appear. The first one is select this option to approve the beneficiary through ATM machine and the second is select this option to approve the beneficiary through OTP.
10. A new page will open. Here select the account number and then enter the OTP here. After entering the OTP click on 'approve' button.
11. A message will appear saying that the account number is successfully add to the beneficiary list. It will activated after 4 hours. If you have added the account after 8PM then the beneficiary will be activated on the next day.
you can transfer money after activation the beneficiary.
