After Effects Tutorial: Efficient Twixtor Syncing

Felt kinda weird recording this tut, probably because I haven't actually recorded in over a month. Anyways, the whole method of syncing with twixtor is to precompose your clip, split the clip at the gunshots in your main comp, "snap" them to the synced gunshots sounds or markers that you have, then you can mess around with the speed in between each shot. That way you can go back and change something and it will not mess anything else up. Please leave a LIKE and a FAV if you can.
