Today you will learn how to use Android Recyclerview. You will build an Android email app that uses Recyclerview to show a list of emails.
You will learn about LinearLayoutManager and DividerItemDecoration.
You will learn about Android Recyclerview's oncreateviewholder, onbindviewholder and getItemCount override methods.
Each row will have the following views:
1- Circle colored Android TextView that shows the first letter of the sender email.
2- Android TextView to show the sender name, email title, email details and email time.
3- Android ImageView with a star icon that you can use to add an email to your favorites.
When you tap on the Android Recyclerview row you will be directed to the second page which shows the email details.
