Download and convert Twitch VOD

• TwitchVod Downloader (Windows, OS X, Linux)
Haven't mentioned it in the Video, this tool requires Java.
Setup
1. Download TwitchVodLoader.jar

2. Start the tool
FFMPEG will be downloaded if necessary on Windows.
OS X or Linux users have to install ffmpeg on their own

Delete Button works now. It is now possible to add Videos to the download queue while its downloading.
2015-05-20:
This tool works now on OS X and Linux (tested with ArchLinux). Some small fixes in the GUI and LogView (Converting)
