Troubleshooting Quickloader Local Connection Issues
As detailed in this video, be sure to:
1. Use the correct cable (Sabrent or Saelig USB to RS232 serial converter cable);
2. Verify the correct port number is set in your modem settings;
3. Ensure the control panel PC board CONFIG jumper is set to correctly--when downloading to the panel, set the jumper to NORMAL ("up position").
