Captioning and Translating Remote Learning Sessions
This webinar was presented by "Supporting Success for Children on Hearing Loss" on April 9, 2020. It shows you how Streamer is used to caption and translate remote learning sessions. Streamer is a private and secure captioning, translation and note-taking system that can be used with any livestream application: Zoom, Google Meets, WebEx, Skype, Adobe Connect, and much more. It's a single solution for all your livestreams. Just click on the Streamer desktop icon and everything you say is captioned, and others can view that captioning as part of your livestream or via closed captioning on their own computer, tablet or phone. The cost to include Streamer captioning for all your students comes to about 25 cents per student per month. That's for unlimited captioning and translation. Again, about 25 cents. That's all it costs to have a secure captioning, translation and note-taking system that you can use anytime and as often as you like.
